By accessing the sxi6s platform — whether to browse content, register an account, log in, deposit funds, place bets, or interact with any feature of the sxi6s service — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. When registering on sxi6s, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (Pakistani SIM preferred), and a valid email address. sxi6s reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a CNIC copy, utility bill, or JazzCash/EasyPaisa account statement.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on sxi6s. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your sxi6s account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. sxi6s strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available through your sxi6s account security settings.

You must notify sxi6s immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred. sxi6s cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your own negligence in securing your credentials.

sxi6s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity deemed to be against the interests of the sxi6s platform or its players. In such cases, sxi6s will provide written notice to the registered email address where legally permissible.

All financial transactions on the sxi6s platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sxi6s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and general bank transfer.

The minimum deposit on sxi6s is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed in your sxi6s account under the Banking section and may be updated by sxi6s from time to time with prior notice.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your sxi6s balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sxi6s platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sxi6s platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other sxi6s players to influence game outcomes, odds, or tournament results.

sxi6s is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. sxi6s recognises that gambling can become harmful and provides the following tools to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6s's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your sxi6s account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sxi6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — arising from your use of or inability to use the sxi6s platform, even if sxi6s has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sxi6s does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of sxi6s services. sxi6s is not liable for losses incurred during such periods.

sxi6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players at the email address on file at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with legal obligations or to address security concerns, in which case immediate changes may be made.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute. The most current version of the sxi6s Terms and Conditions is always available on this page at sxi6s.lat/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards applicable to sxi6s's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and sxi6s arising from these Terms or your use of the sxi6s platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through sxi6s's internal complaint resolution process.
